RETURN POLICY - Crown Scents

RETURNS WINDOW:
- 30 days from purchase date
- Product must be unused and in original packaging

CONDITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bottle must be sealed and unopened
- Box/packaging must be intact
- No visible damage or tampering

HOW TO RETURN:
1. Email: crownscents159@gmail.com with "RETURN" + Order number
2. We'll provide return shipping instructions
3. Ship back to us (COD or prepaid)

REFUND PROCESS:
- We inspect returned item (2-3 days)
- Approve/reject return (1 business day)
- Process refund within 5-7 business days
- Refund goes to original payment method

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Opened/used products
- Damaged packaging
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items without original receipt
